A missing result must stay visible
The proposed pack will distinguish a completed result, no data, a technical failure and a module that has not been run. An empty service-history section is not proof of no servicing. An unavailable specification section is not proof that the car lacks optional equipment.
For a one-off owner check
Start with the free vehicle timeline, then decide which additional evidence would answer your question. The planned £7.99 service-history product remains separate from unconfirmed pack pricing. No subscription is needed for the existing free lookup.
For a dealer vehicle file
Use the dealer portal to organise stock, team access and saved completed checks. Source references and report branding support a consistent customer conversation. Check execution, trade prices and the combined purchase journey will only activate after supplier and billing approval.
What is outside this pack today?
Finance, theft and insurance write-off checks are not part of the current free service or a live FMSH paid package. A mechanical inspection is also separate. We will not label a vehicle clear or problem-free merely because a module contains no information.
