Privacy Policy

Information we process

We may process vehicle registrations, VINs, vehicle-history results, account email addresses, saved vehicle records, service entries and documents that you choose to upload.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide vehicle lookups, customer accounts, saved vehicle files, service-history products, reminders, support and fraud or security protection.

Third-party providers

We may send vehicle identifiers to specialist vehicle-data providers where necessary to perform a requested lookup. Payment information is handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by us.

Your documents

Documents saved in My Garage are intended to be private to the signed-in account and are protected by access controls. You should only upload documents you are entitled to store.
