Manufacturer service-history reports and factory build sheets are being prepared. They are not currently available to purchase. A make or model guide does not confirm data coverage for that vehicle.
Understand the Digital Service Schedule
Škoda’s erWin information says registered users can enter information for vehicles with a Digital Service Schedule. Ask the servicing workshop whether it entered the work and how you can obtain the record you are entitled to see.
The existence of the system does not mean every Škoda has every visit recorded digitally. Retain paper evidence and avoid assuming a single online summary is the complete maintenance file.
Separate routine servicing from additional work
Confirm the applicable maintenance requirements for the engine, transmission, model year and configuration. An oil-service entry may not answer questions about a separately claimed gearbox service or other additional work.
Request itemised invoices for important claims. Keep equipment and trim descriptions separate: a vRS or SportLine label is not a record of maintenance.
Check the record before the viewing
- Ask for a readable dated history and supporting invoices.
- Identify any periods documented only by an independent workshop.
- Compare MOT mileages without silently converting or altering the original readings.
- Resolve schedule questions with the handbook or an appropriate workshop.

Where FMSH can help now
Review available MOT and recorded-mileage information with the free registration check. Save the vehicle and keep invoices in My Garage. Our planned manufacturer-record report is a separate £7.99 one-off product, not currently on sale. Coverage, response fields and no-data treatment will be confirmed before orders open.
Understand the planned report or follow the lost service-book guide.
