Manufacturer service-history reports and factory build sheets are being prepared. They are not currently available to purchase. A make or model guide does not confirm data coverage for that vehicle.
Use the Digital Service Record as a starting point
Mazda describes its Digital Service Record as an online electronic service booklet updated by the dealer after servicing. Ask to see the available record for the particular car, including the work description and mileage.
A digital booklet is still a record of what was entered. Keep independent invoices and detailed job sheets where they explain work beyond a short summary.
Identify the powertrain and use the right requirements
Confirm the engine, year and configuration before discussing what should have been serviced. Do not apply requirements from a different Mazda engine or model to the car in front of you.
Read the latest record alongside the current odometer and the MOT timeline. If there is a gap, ask for the evidence that would resolve it rather than treating the gap as a mechanical finding.
Make the next ownership file easier to read
- Save the digital summary and original invoices separately.
- Record actual dates, mileage and units for future work.
- Keep substantial repairs distinguishable from routine services.
- Check equipment and current condition in their own right.

Where FMSH can help now
Review available MOT and recorded-mileage information with the free registration check. Save the vehicle and keep invoices in My Garage. Our planned manufacturer-record report is a separate £7.99 one-off product, not currently on sale. Coverage, response fields and no-data treatment will be confirmed before orders open.
Understand the planned report or follow the lost service-book guide.
