Manufacturer service-history reports and factory build sheets are being prepared. They are not currently available to purchase. A make or model guide does not confirm data coverage for that vehicle.
Start with MyToyota or a Toyota dealer
Toyota UK directs owners to MyToyota or their nearest dealer for service history. It also identifies the Service and Warranty booklet as a source. Ask the seller to show the record for the actual vehicle and keep the booklet and invoices alongside it.
Access to an owner account and a vehicle-specific paid report are different routes. This guide explains how to assemble evidence; it does not promise that FMSH can retrieve every Toyota entry.
A hybrid check and a service answer different questions
For a hybrid Toyota, identify what each document actually records. A battery-related inspection, an MOT and scheduled maintenance should not be counted as interchangeable services. Ask for the work description and the correct requirements for that engine and year.
Do not infer warranty eligibility or battery health from a tidy service list. Those need their own current evidence and, where relevant, confirmation from Toyota.
Put the paperwork on one timeline
- Match the vehicle and identifiers across the booklet, app and invoices.
- Keep recorded mileage with its original units.
- Request evidence for work done outside the Toyota network.
- Ask a qualified workshop to interpret missing or unclear maintenance items.

Where FMSH can help now
Review available MOT and recorded-mileage information with the free registration check. Save the vehicle and keep invoices in My Garage. Our planned manufacturer-record report is a separate £7.99 one-off product, not currently on sale. Coverage, response fields and no-data treatment will be confirmed before orders open.
Understand the planned report or follow the lost service-book guide.
